Job Description

We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is:

  • Organizing internal and external events and meetings
  • Maintaining documents related to health and safety in the workplace
  • Managing payments, bills, ordering items, delivering documents etc.
  • Maintaining relevant documentation (registers, forms, contracts etc.) 
  • Supervising the good condition of the office and the equipment
  • Leading correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Providing daily assistance to the team

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience
  • Proficient level of English
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Very good working level of MS Office, MS Outlook and Excel
  • Having a driving license
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
